The Solution
Sigosoft designed a streamlined workflow that supports doctors through their whole practice: Register → Verify Credentials → Set Availability → Manage Bookings → Consult Patients → Issue Prescriptions → Track Payments.
Doctors register with identity proof, medical certificates, and council details, then build flexible weekly schedules with custom session lengths and fees. In-app video calls include mute and camera controls and a call timer. Digital prescriptions can be created in the app or uploaded as images or PDFs, with access to patient-provided medical records. Reports cover bookings, no-shows, cancellations, and earnings, and push notifications flag upcoming consultations.
A clean blue-and-green interface with status-based color coding shows pending, completed, and cancelled bookings at a glance. Prominent actions like Consult Now and confirmation dialogs for critical steps reduce accidental actions.
