Q Test is a dairy management software solution developed for the Indian dairy industry, designed to organize and streamline the internal operations of dairy societies. The system includes three dedicated web interfaces for Admin, Dairy, and P&I (Procurement and Input) units, along with two mobile applications designed for technicians and milk testing agents. The admin panel provides access to information about dairies, societies, P&I units, technicians, and spare parts, enabling efficient coordination across the dairy management network.
The Technician App allows technicians to record routine and emergency technical work, including maintenance activities involving DG (diesel generator) sets and BMC (Bulk Milk Coolers). Meanwhile, the Testing Agent App enables agents to record the results of daily milk quality tests, helping maintain organized testing records.
Administrators can oversee activities across dairy societies, monitor operational information, and generate monthly reports and statistics from dairies and P&I units. These capabilities support data-driven decisions and improve coordination throughout the dairy management process.
