Greenpoint Gas is a gas delivery and supply chain management solution developed for the Indian market, designed to simplify gas booking and streamline delivery operations. The platform enables customers to book gas cylinders through a mobile app and receive deliveries conveniently, while helping businesses coordinate orders, drivers, inventory, and distribution through an integrated digital system.
To manage the entire delivery process, we developed three dedicated applications: a Customer App, a Driver App, and a Supervisor App, supported by web-based administration and call center interfaces. When a customer places a gas order through the mobile app, the assigned driver receives a notification, while the call center gets the order details through a web application. Drivers can update the status of their orders as pending, delivered, or postponed, providing better visibility into delivery progress.
The Supervisor App helps supervisors manage stock and coordinate product deliveries. Once a driver completes or updates an order, the supervisor receives the corresponding status notification. Meanwhile, administrators can upload and manage product details through a dedicated web application, ensuring product information remains organized and accessible.
