Al Nawaras is a premium parking platform developed by Sigosoft for the UAE. Users can register their vehicles, book parking, manage memberships, and request vehicle services from one mobile app.
It is built for vehicles that standard parking apps overlook, including caravans, boats, jet skis, trailers, and food trucks.
The Solution
Sigosoft designed a mobile-first booking journey: Register Vehicle → Choose Parking Type → Select Duration → Pick a Slot → Add Services → Pay.
Users register a vehicle with its details, dimensions, photos, and documents, then choose unshaded, shaded, or air-conditioned parking on plans from hourly to yearly. A visual parking layout shows available, booked, and shaded slots before they confirm. Optional services such as towing, oil change, battery replacement, and cleaning can be added to any booking.
Payments run through Paymob, with a clear summary of subtotal, VAT, and total. Booking history, membership management, a loyalty rewards program with referrals, and 24/7 chat support keep users connected after booking. The app supports English and Arabic.
A bold red-and-white identity, a dashboard focused on key actions, and a step-by-step booking flow keep the experience simple.
