Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Officer who can operate in an AI-first sales environment.

This role is for someone who:

  • Uses AI tools to generate leads and research markets
  • Understands modern digital products (Web, Mobile, SaaS, AI platforms)
  • Can communicate value, not just pricing
  • Thinks global and acts strategically

AI usage (ChatGPT, Gemini, LinkedIn AI tools, automation tools, CRM AI features) is mandatory in your workflow.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate leads using AI-powered research tools
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales for software projects
  • Conduct requirement discussions with clients
  • Prepare proposals in coordination with technical team
  • Manage CRM and follow-up pipelines
  • Build long-term client relationships
  • Explore international markets (GCC, Africa, Europe)
  • Contribute to strategic growth planning

Required Skills

  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Basic understanding of software development (Web, Mobile, APIs, SaaS)
  • Confidence in client interaction and presentations
  • Experience using AI tools for research and content generation (Mandatory)
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn lead generation
  • Strong negotiation and follow-up skills
  • Structured thinking and target-oriented mindset
  • Candidate must be from Kerala

  • Experience in IT/software sales
  • Exposure to international markets
